We are dedicated to delivering high-quality care to ensure our patients receive the support they need in the comfort of their own homes.
Tresann also provides mobile notary services to homebound patients in the Inland Empire who are unable to visit a notary public’s office. Additionally, we offer services to local hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and rehab facilities. All medical and legal documents can be signed by appointment only, with mileage and travel fees applying. Current PT patients may qualify for travel discounts if combined with a therapist visit.
